Store Policy


I created Boss Avenue Apparel with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!


Orders will be processed in 1-2 days.

Shipping charges are flat rate of $3.00 on all U.S. orders shipped by USPS.  All billing and shipping addresses should match when placing orders, otherwise orders will be rejected. Shipments might require electronic signature if option is selected for signature confirmation. Shipments with no signature option selected, will be left in mail box or at front door (based on shipper used). Boss Avenue Apparel is not responsible for packages once they are left by shipping company at location. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you, once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

The shipping company, at its discretion, will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, the shipping company may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at the local office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact the designated shipping company’s local office for details.

Orders must be placed before 5:00 p.m. CST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Orders processed on a holiday will be processed the next business day. Any order submitted for shipping to a P.O. box will not be processed.


It is our goal to provide you with the best customer service. Due to limitations from our partners we have to follow certain rules related to product returns.

We accept items for refunds only within 14 days from transaction date. When returning, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Items without any Return Authorization will be refused at our warehouse.

Items returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will then notify when the refund has been completed. Typical refund process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
